Other than pre-announced routine maintenance windows, the TBR Desire2Learn servers have had problems and/or were totally offline during the following times (all times posted as Eastern time zone):

  • June 18 morning (intermittent connectivity; ticket #76IM1A3A48)
  • June 19, 7:00am ---- June 19, 7:20am (offline, 20 minutes, ticket #76J91A3AA5)
  • June 22, 9:19pm ---- June 23, 12:11am (offline, 172 minutes, ticket #76MN134776)
  • June 29, 11:30pm -- June 30, 12:07am (intermittent connectivity, ticket #771I471771)
  • July 11, 1:39pm ----- July 11, 1:48pm (intermittent connectivity)
  • July 14, 8:27am ----- July 14, 8:36am (intermittent connectivity)
Total downtime February 1, 2007 - August 18, 2007:  192 minutes out of 286,560 minutes (0.0007%)

Uptime: 99.9993%
