The TEST server is scheduled for routine maintenance on the fourth (4th) Friday of every month from 2:00AM - 3:30AM (Eastern).

The PRODUCTION server is scheduled for routine maintenance on the second (2nd) Sunday of every month form 2:00AM - 5:00AM (Eastern).

Desire2Learn Hosting facility is scheduled for routine maintenance on the fourth (4th) Sunday of every month from 1:00AM - 7:00AM (Eastern).

Any upgrade would normally be placed on production on test for "sanity testing". A formal feedback mechanism is in place involving all campuses and upgrades to production are not implemented without the approval of the TBR system wide CMS team.
