Are ROCE courses eligibile for financial aid?

The courses offered through ROCE are non-credit.  PC 191 or fee waiver vouchers can not be used for non-credit courses.

ROCE is Workforce Investment Act (WIA) preferred training provider; therefore a WIA participant can used dollars to take ROCE courses.
