How do you download file from the D2L dropbox that include CSS?

"If you just click the link to download the file-the CSS was stripped out (this was internal CSS and not a reference to an external style sheet). If you select the file with the checkbox and then use the Downlaod button (resulting in a zip file), then after expanding the HTML file has the CSS still in it as before"-Audrey Williams
